{"id":554,"date":"2019-02-10T09:41:14","date_gmt":"2019-02-10T00:41:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mecc-nano.com\/news\/?p=158"},"modified":"2023-03-06T10:44:51","modified_gmt":"2023-03-06T01:44:51","slug":"electrospinning-of-polyimide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mecc-jp.com\/nano\/news\/554\/","title":{"rendered":"Electrospinning of Polyimide"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We spun polyimide (PI) into nanofibers with the electrospinning method.<\/p>\n<p>PI has features of high heat resistance and\u00a0electric insulation and is used for materials of filters, protection membranes and insulation sheets of electric circuits.<\/p>\n<p>Nanofibers made of PI will be utilized for applications such as heat-insulation materials and\u00a0extremely thin insulation sheets.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u516c\u53f8\u5229\u7528\u9759\u7535\u7eba\u4e1d\u6cd5\u7eba\u5236\u51fa\u4e86\u805a\u9170\u4e9a\u80fa\u7684\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ea4\u7ef4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u805a\u9170\u4e9a\u80fa\u7531\u4e8e\u5177\u6709\u826f\u597d\u7684\u8010\u70ed\u6027\u548c\u7535\u6c14\u7edd\u7f18\u6027\uff0c\u73b0\u88ab\u5f53\u4f5c\u8fc7\u6ee4\u5668\uff0c\u4fdd\u62a4\u819c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u8def\u7684\u7edd\u7f18\u4f53\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u901a\u8fc7\u5c06\u805a\u9170\u4e9a\u80fa\u7eba\u5236\u6210\u7eb3\u7c73\u7ea4\u7ef4\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5177\u6709\u901a\u6c14\u6027\u7684\u7edd\u70ed\u6750\u6599\u4ee5\u53ca\u6781\u8584\u7684\u7edd\u7f18\u4f53\u7b49\u6765\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u5404\u79cd\u9886\u57df\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-159\" src=\"https:\/\/mecc-jp.com\/nano\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/PI-300x198.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"198\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;    \t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We spun polyimide (PI) into nanofibers with the electrospinning method.
